Cancelled – Free New Orleans Style Cooking Class with Ethel & Ramone’s Chef

Submitted by on March 9, 2010 – 9:43 pmNo Comment

UPDATE  - Sorry I just got last minute word that this class is being cancelled.

I just got an email from Molly Kushner, the Marketing Specialist & Community Liaison at Whole Foods, about a free cooking class tomorrow evening.  The class is taught by Ethel & Ramone’s Ed Bloom at 7 pm.  There is also going to be a grains and green tour and a Healthy Cooking Class next week and the week after.   The Whole Foods website has the following description for tomorrow’s class with Ed Bloom:

Wednesday, March 10th

New Orleans Style Cooking Class

7:00pm Free in the Cafe

Due to snow we canceled our Mardi Gras themed cooking class last month but you can serve these New Orleans kind of foods anytime. We’re lucky to have Ed Bloom, Executive Chef and owner of Ethel & Ramone’s in Mt. Washington Village teach this class. Learn to prepare a meal start to finish -jambalaya, red beans and rice, and he’ll provide ideas for dessert. You’ll get to taste everything. This is a fun class!

Seating is limited. Please preregister at Customer Service.

If you want more information go to the Whole Foods’ website.
