Baltimore City Announces Spring Cleanup for April 17th, 2010

Submitted by on March 30, 2010 – 11:37 pmNo Comment

Girl with broomAccording to a DPW press release, Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake’s Spring Cleanup will occur on April 17th, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. For those unfamiliar with this event, communities select a particular location that needs special attention and work together to get it cleaned up. Once a location has been identified, a community representative must call 311 to register. The City supplies debris containers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Are there any Mt. Washington public spaces that need a good spring cleaning? If you have an area in mind, leave a comment below to let other neighbors know about it.
