Thanks to Jill Feinberg for sending along this invitation to the community for the Mount Washington Elementary School Spring Auction on behalf of the PTO.  For all of those neighbors out there whose children are no longer in elementary school, not yet in elementary school, or who just want to support the local school and help keep our neighborhood a desirable place to live, this is your chance to have a fun night out and support our local school. CHECK OUT THE BOTTOM FOR NEW INFORMATION ON HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS.

Buy Your Tickets Now for Swing into Spring!

Swing Into Spring, the fun-filled auction night to benefit Mt. Washington
Elementary School, will be held Saturday, May 8th, from 6:00-10:00pm at the
Mt. Washington Conference Center. The evening will include a silent and a
live auction, delicious food, a full cash bar, and dancing. Live music will
be provided by Caleb Stine, recently voted City Paper Reader’s Choice Best
Solo Music Artist.

The auction committee has been working hard to plan a wonderful evening that
will raise significant funds for the school – funds that are used for field
trips, clubs, magazine subscriptions, assemblies, classroom needs, and
purchases like the new curtains in the gym.

So here’s what we need you to do – come and have a good time!

Tickets are $40 each, or $75 per couple. The ticket price includes heavy
hors d’oeuvres, dessert, and one complimentary drink. Complimentary
babysitting will be available at the school upon request. Please contact Mr.
Day at United Educational Corp. to make arrangements by emailing
matt@uecorp.org or calling 443-804-4209.

Invitations will be coming home in MWES students’ folders during the month
of April. You can mail or drop off a check made out to the Mt. Washington
PTO. Alternatively, tickets can be purchased online at
http://mtwashingtonelementary.com/parents/auction, which will let you pay
for your ticket(s) on a secure Google Checkout page with your credit card or
Google Checkout account.

For more information, email any questions to ptoauction@mtwashingtonelementary.com.  Also, please Fan the Auction on Facebook.

This event promises to be a fun night out for the entire Mt. Washington
community. We hope to see you there, and remember – bid often and bid high!
